Despite the chilly weather, the students were upbeat and had a well organised team at the stall which was set up to sell cakes to the public as part of the event. The team got a good turnout of participants and were able to distribute posters, prior to the to the egg hunt, which was excellent for building awareness of Children First Derby.

The Easter egg hunt featured give away prizes for the children who participated. The eggs had surprise messages in them to teach the children about what Children First Derby does as a charity.

Derby University Sport Management Student events have helped to raise awareness of our charity and funds for the much needed service which Children First Derby provides for children, young people and families in the local community.
