We have had an incredible response to this year’s Easter Egg campaign, receiving a record amount of chocolate Easter eggs for our supported children and young people to enjoy over Easter.

Thanks to everyone's efforts, hard work, and generosity we’re delighted to announce that ALL our supported children and young people will receive a chocolate Easter egg this year. 

Overwhelmed by the support we’ve received from members of the local community, especially from the local business community; we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been busy collecting Easter Eggs on our behalf.

And we would like to say a few special Thank You Shout Outs to the following:

Miller Homes East Midlands – Employees across new homes builder, Miller Homes Midlands, regional office in Derby have been busy collecting Easter Egg donations for our supported children, collecting an incredible 312 chocolate Easter eggs for our campaign.

Huge thanks to Siobhan Brown, and Sarah Adul, who coordinated the Easter Egg collection at Miller Homes Derby office, and to all the members of staff who got involved and kindly donated eggs. Your efforts and ongoing support of Children First Derby is greatly appreciated.

Blue Arrow – Huge thanks to Sean Clare, Senior Business Director at Blue Arrow Recruitment, Derby. For the sixth year, Sean has organised an annual Easter egg donation campaign, collecting over 1,500 eggs each year and distributing them between local charities. This year Sean has collected and distributed eggs to 12 local charities, and we’re grateful that he once again chose to support Children First Derby. Thank you Sean for your continued support and your donation of 75 chocolate easter eggs for our supported children and young people.

Pladis Global – Having previously supported our Christmas campaign, employees from leading confectionary and snacking brands, Pladis Global's Distribution Centre, in Ashby de la Zouch have donated an incredible 350 eggs towards our Easter campaign.

Thank you to everyone at Pladis Global for your continued support, and to Joy Law who coordinated the collection and dropped off the eggs to our Children First Derby office.

AM 2 PM – Thanks to Recruitment Agency, AM 2 PM’s Derby office employees and customers who have collected over 100 Easter eggs as part of their concerted efforts to support Children First Derby.

The Stenson Fields Sizzling Pub + Grill – Thank you to Lauren May, from Stenson Fields Pub, who has worked hard to coordinate and collect numerous easter eggs from the pub’s staff and customers. And thank you to all the employees and customers who donated – it is much appreciated.

FPCR Environment and Design – Thank you to all the staff at FPCR Environment and Design who donated towards our Easter egg campaign, collecting 112 eggs in total. Huge thanks to Sanjaya Paris for organising and bringing the eggs in to the Children First Derby office – it is greatly appreciated.
