Child Safe Guarding

Children First Derby provides support for children who are regarded as vulnerable and who may be at risk of social exclusion. We put the safety of children first because we believe all children have a right to feel safe in whatever environment they are in. Our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy reflects the implementation of the child protection processes that we have in place.

Equality & Diversity

Children First Derby recognises that ensuring equality and diversity in the services that we provide is critical to our success and to the wellbeing our service users. We ensure that all groups of people from diverse backgrounds have equal access to our services and that fair recruitment processes are implemented for our staff and volunteers. Our Equality and Diversity policy ensures that equality is embedded in all of our decision making and running of our Charity as well as in the deliverance of our  services .
