If you wish to purchase any tickets for charity events made available through the website you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation

  • address,
  • gender and
  • marketing survey questions.


Donations that are made by you will only be used in accordance with charitable purposes and will go towards supporting the Family Support and Mentoring Services.

Availability of the Children First Derby

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we cannot guarantee that the website will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with our website please report it to [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities. We will attempt to restore the website as soon as we reasonably can.
